ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
For a stay under 3 days: € 10,00- per person and day.
Double room “Basic” as single room: upon request and availability.
REDUCTIONS:
Bed&Breakfast: - € 20,00 per person on the half-board price.
For extrabed: until 3 years to agree; between 3-6 years -50%; between 6-10 years -30%; from 10 years on -10%.
INFOS:
The room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival, until 10.00 am on departure day.
We consider the bookings definitely confirmed only with deposit of € 400,00- each room.

No penalty for cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival; deposit lost for cancellation within 3 weeks.
In case you arrive later or leave earlier, you 'll be charged for all days booked (max 3 nights). For booked beds that will not be occupied, we will charge 80% of the price as booked.
No pets are accepted.
