Summer prices 2011
The Hotel La Villa and Residence will offer in summer 2011 only the possibility of b&b in the hotel and overnight stay with use of the kitchen in the residence.
Rates per person and day for a minimum stay of 3 days in room with bath, balcony, tv-sat, telephone, internet, safe, bath-robe, hair-dryer, wellness-corner and children’s play room.

 SUMMERFORKIDS: Family summer holiday promotion
From 18.06.11 - 16.07.11 and from 20.08.11 - season's end free half board for children up to the age of 6 (born after 18.06.2005) and 50% discount under 12 years (born after 18.06.1999)
Conditions
- the offer is valid for a minimum stay of one week;
- children will be accommodated in their parents’ room (max. 2 children per family;
- identity card of the children must be shown on request.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
For a stay under 3 days: € 10,00- per person and day.
REDUCTIONS:
For extrabed :between 0-3 € 15,00; between 3-12 years –50%; from 12 years on -30%.
INFOS:
The room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival, until 10 am on departure day.
We consider the bookings definitely confirmed only with deposit of € 200,00- each room.

No penalty for cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival; deposit lost for cancellation within 2 weeks.
In case you arrive later or leave earlier, you 'll be charged for all days booked (max 3 nights).
For booked beds that will not be occupied, we will charge 80% of the price as booked.
We inform our clients that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms!
