As Ladins preserve their language and culture so their cuisine is a tradition with many proposals and original suggestions. This tradition awaits you on every Thursday and offers a rich and charming menu:
- Peasant dish;
- First course buffet: barley soup with “turtres” (kind of tortellini), “canederli” with speck and gorgonzola-cheese, gulasch-soup, Ladin soup, dark bread soup and bean soup;;
- Traditional meat tasting with polenta and different side dishes;
- Typical dessert.
