„Bollito misto” (different types of boiled meat) is an excellent dish of the typical Piedmont cuisine, which entered in the tradition of many other Italian Regions. Boiled meat is one of those classical dishes, which are apparently easy and quick to prepare, actually its preparation requires a certain care, the right selection of meat pieces, the right side dishes, “right” sauces and obviously, a good wine… all this every Tuesday.
